Job Description
• Develop new ideas of products in the key existing categories . lead development of new product ideas, lead development of ideas into tangible and verified concepts, turn concepts into prototypes.
• Develop branding process in consumer goods
• Develop Annual Operating Plans and budgets
• Participate in special projects as needed and any other tasks as assigned.
• Spearhead the marketing functional strategy and plans, based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competitive and consumer trends as well as the desired business objectives of the company.
• Monitor the competition in coordination with sales team & Develop team
• Working Days & Hours : Saturday to Thursday
Requirements
- Education : Graduate from a top-tier university in Business Management/Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management/ Marketing
- Military Service Status : Military Service Must Be Done
- Fluency Microsoft Office
- Systematic thinking
- Being bold, focused, agile and collaborative
- International mindset
- Strong command of both verbal and written English
- Strong spike in analytical ability, sharp problem solver and ability to get things done
- Understanding key concepts in Sales Force Management, Modern trade negotiations, Sales Forecasting, Category & product management and order management
- Target driven and ability to drive meeting of very aggressive targets
- Long-term loyalty to the business is critical
